[MPlayer-dev-eng] libfame

Hi,

what is libfame used for? I got build problems due to needed porting with it 
on cygwin, but IMHO no sense to port it there.
So, what is fame used for in mplayer? (realtimeenc?)

Can it be made optional? (Not sure if this will mess up filter layer, but 
should work, maybe arpi could do it).
