Sure. Check this example:

 http://www.creators.ru/junk/220v.mpeg    -- input
 http://www.creators.ru/junk/220v.avi     -- output
 http://www.creators.ru/junk/encode.sh    -- encoding script

You may notice an audio noise at the end of 220v.avi :( Or may be it's
my fault -- wrong encoding options or something else?
