[MPlayer-users] Play SVCD bin/cue files?

I seem to have found some indication in some MPlayer reviews that
MPlayer can play SVCD .bin files directly.  Is this the case?  If so,
I have one MPlayer is not playing correctly and will formulate a
proper bug report if it is confirmed that it should play SVCD .bin
files.

If it doesn't, any suggestions on a tool to convert the .bin to a
proper MPEG2 that MPlayer will play?
