[MPlayer-users] Creating VOBs with mencoder - URL with VOB specifications

Hi,

some time ago I asked if it is planned to create VOBs with mencoder and
got the answer that you do not have enough knowledge about VOBs to do
so.

Now, I've read an article in c't 11/2002 pp. 108 which describes VOBs.
There's also a link to http://mpucoder.dynodns.net/dvd

Sure it's no 5000$ expensive specification from DVD-Forum, only
reenginered, but maybe it helps.
