I had some problems with the mga_vid driver.
Basically it would include symbol version information when the kernel
didn't use it. Of course, this caused the symbols to be not found.

Removing the 
-include /usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h
from line 4 of the Makefile solved the problem

It would be better to detect if the kernel actually uses version
information.
