Well for -aop list=... I find that a line saying
  aop=list=resample[,OtherOptions]
works, so I think you still need these multiple equals signs.

Good idea.  I had to make a couple of guesses before hitting the above
solution, and was on the point of going to look at the config-handling
source code to work out how to do it.
